big and tall cloths
Ready for winter

Big and tall cloths (clothing) can be hard to find, making your choices about what to wear, winter styles and all, difficult to deal with.  Here are some helpful suggestions.

The Secret to Big and Tall Clothes: What to Wear, Winter Styles

The only secret to big and tall apparel is that there is no secret!  But seriously, if you’re wondering what to wear, winter styles or at any other point during the year, you only need to think about what looks good on your body.

That’s a rather unfair answer for an advice column to give, but it really is what everything boils down to when all is said and done.  Oversized clothing has the same rules about fashion and looking good attached to it as normal clothing, even when winter clothing fashion is concerned.

Big and tall winter advantages

Now those of us that shop for plus size clothing have a bit of an advantage over our skinny friends because everyone gets covered up with clothing during the winter months.  This means that whether we’re after suits or casual wear, long sleeves and full body clothing selections are not at all out of style.  It’s better to look decent and be comfortable than look great and freeze to death, so keep that in mind when you’re picking out your look for those months.

Something fitting is out there

The point of all of this is quite simple.  When choosing big and tall apparel, wear what you think looks good.  And don’t say that nothing looks good because that’s a lame answer and probably not really what you think or hope for.

We’ve all had those moments in front of the mirror when we were really blown away by a piece of clothing.  Larger sizes don’t matter when you get one of those moments when modelling winter clothing fashions.
