Big and tall shopping, speed shopping

Way to go

Regulars here already know that "big and tall shopping" is not my hobby. Too much disappointments I guess.

The prime reason this site is being build is to research and collect good apparel for myself. You may benefit from that too.

Anyway, I might have given op on physical shopping. My mum has not. Trust me, even at 40 years old a son stays a son and a mother stays a mother.

I could not avoid the invitation any more and we went to the shop.

OK, its not that bad, its just awkward, out of place feeling.

I do have specific tactics in a shop witch reduce the frustration and dramatically reduce booth time.

First, claim two boots, one corner booth for your use. And one next to that. Deposit a shirt in the empty box and if anyone asks if that booth is free; say it belongs to the body-builder and point into the shop somewhere.

I am stocking up my booth with at least 8 clothing pieces and keep an hawks eye on the "disposal" booth.

Decision time

Get into the booth. Strip to undies and shirt and socks. Try jeans first, NO, NO, NO, yes!, NO.

Toss all the NO's over the edge in the body-builders booth.

Send mum to look for jeans similar to the "yes" one.

Go for the shirts, No, Yes, NO. instruct wife/gf/mum and repeat the tossing procedure

Repeat until ready, four clothing pieces should be selected within 3 to 4 minutes.

When ready look for a body-builder and ask if that booth is his.

If not, you might want to clear that booth out and hang everything back.
